My grand father John Wesley Timmons was born in Dedham, Ia in 1872. His father also John Wesley sold the home place to his brother Daniel about 1875. Daniel also owned other property in Carroll and Guthrie Co's. My gggreat grand parents Matthias and Mary Parish lived in Manning. He died there in 1883 or 84. I have his probate.
Their daughter Sarah married my ggreat grand father in 1867 in Washington Co Iowa.
Her brother Henry and wife Emma lived in Manning and had several children. Some of them are born there. I haven't found where Matthias and Mary are buried. Thank you.
