PROMOTED
Philip P. Knaack, son of Mrs. Ed (Marcella) Knaack of Manning, has been promoted to Technical Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. Sergeant Knaack, a bomb-navigation trainer technician, is assigned at Wurtsmith AFB, Michigan, with a unit of the Strategic Air Command. Knaack is a 1959 graduate of Manning High School.
