Funeral services for Frank Ludwig August Vetter, 88, of Manning, who died February 10, 1997, at Manning General Hospital in Manning, were held Friday, February 14, at Zion Lutheran Church in Manning. Burial was at Manning Cemetery.

Son of August and Minnie (Noelck) Vetter, he was born April 11, 1908, in Arcadia, Iowa. August and Minnie were the parents of Paul Bernhard Emil Vetter, Martha Anna Vetter, August E. Vetter, Louis Vetter, Alice Young, Esther Peters, and Frank Vetter.

Survivors include: two sisters: Esther Peters of Lake View; and Martha Vetter of Manning; and a brother Paul Vetter of Manning; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
