Amy Mills (right) welcomes her father, Eugene "Bud" Wagner, after his arrival in Washington D.C. May 9 during an Honor Flight visit. Mills, who grew up in Carroll, lives with her husband and family in the Dallas, Texas, area, flew to the nation's capital to accompany her dad as he toured the monuments and visited Arlington National Cemetery.
