Donald Nickum, who has completed boot training at Farragut, Idaho, is home on leave visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nickum. Donald is the youngest son and the fourth in the family to enter the United States Navy. Another son is in the Army.

Graveside services for, Donald Joseph Nickum, 48, were held Friday, December 22, 1974, at 1:30 p.m. at River View Cemetery. Rev. Gary Simons was the officiant.

Mr. Nickum, a native of Iowa and a resident of Willow Valley, California, passed away suddenly at the Needles Hospital, December 22, 1975.

He was the operator of a bait shop near the Best Buy Market.

He is survived by a brother Harold Nickum of Glenwood, Iowa.
