- After completing basic training at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas in June, 1984 I
went to technical school at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, Mississippi until August 1984. After
basic training and technical school I was assigned to the Headquarters of the Strategic
Air Command at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska from August, 1984 through December,
1987.
In January, 1988 I was assigned to the 6770th Tactical Support Squadron of the
Pacific Air Forces in Suwon Air Base, South Korea. From February, 1989 through June,
1995 I was assigned to the Department of Athletics at the U.S. Air Force Academy in
Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Married on February 3, 1989 to Darla (Sedlacek) formerly of Omaha,
Nebraska. Two daughters Jenna (10) and Cara (8).
- Graduated Manning High School in 1983. Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 1994 and a Masters of
Sports Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio in June, 2000.
- Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities &
Operations at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas |
