Clark Tibben, son of Wayne and Juletta (Nissen) Tibben, was born in Audubon, Iowa, and graduated from the Manning
Community Schools in 1973. He has one brother, Gale.
Wayne served in the Army during WWII.
2005 information
Clark served in the U.S. Army from November of 1974 until November of 1976. His basic training was at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri. He achieved the rank of E4 and served as a heavy
equipment operator in support of the 82nd airborne, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
He is a member of the Manning American Legion.
Clark married Vickie (Dentlinger) and they have three sons: Daniel (served in Afghanistan in 2001), David, and Dennis.
