The only Billie Lee Hansen that I'm aware of had Marfan disease and would have never been able to qualify for military service.
I talked to Billie's brother who served in Korea and he does not remember any other Bill Hansen from this area. This name came from the Manning Memorial Day annual program, under the Korean section.
