Bill Strathman

Wilbur Karsten, Bill Strathman, Frank Wegner - boot camp

This is the only picture I have of Bill and I have no military information.
The picture came from Wilbur Karsten's family/military scrapbook. He also had the only military pictures I have of Frank Wegner.

This is why people need to come forward with their scrapbooks so I can look for pictures of other Manning people who are not actual family members.
They may have the only pictures I'll ever find for many Manning people.
