Brandon C. Ranniger


Brandon Ranniger: son of Bill and Deb Ranniger.
Brandon is in the National Guard, Carroll Unit.
He graduated from MHS in 1999.

Debra (Mohr) is a 1976 MHS graduate and Bill Ranniger is a 1968 MHS graduate.

2005 information
Brandon enlisted in the Iowa Army National Guard January 20, 1999. He spent four months at basic training and advanced training in Fort Benning, Georgia. He drills in Carroll with Alpha Company, 1st Battalion 168th Infantry one weekend a month and attends annual training for two weeks every summer. For annual training he has been to Fort Irwin, California, Camp Guernsey, Wyoming, and Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. He is currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His deployment started February 25, 2004, and he is currently slotted as a Fire Team Leader on the deployment. Specialist E-4 Ranniger has received the Army Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, and Iowa Commendation Medal.
