Bake Valentine honored the WWII Veterans. When they would come home on leave, he would invite them into the back of the Bakery and give them a beer or whiskey and visit with them. Then he would take them out front and take a picture of them in front of the Bakery window.
Some of those Veterans also gave him snapshots of themselves in their uniforms. Here are some of them and unfortunately I'm unable to identify them.

So hopefully a son/daughter/grandson/granddaughter will help me...

Quite a few WWII Veteran pictures I have came from Bake Valentine and not from the family...and the same with other collections I scan - I'll find military pictures from non-relatives - why the families of Veterans aren't helping as much is a disappointing.

Some of these guys look very similar and I haven't taken time to compare them to other military pictures I have that are identified...and I hate to use comparison guessing - I'd prefer to have a family member or someone who knew they very well.

Unknown - not sure he was a Veteran but this picture was with other pix of guys in uniforms.
