Harry & Irene (Ranniger) Jansen

Back: Mark, Dale, Randall, Marilyn, Curt Harry, son of Henry and Anna Jansen, was born July 13, 1911. He married Irene Ranniger on September 8, 1937. Irene is the daughter of Louis and Christine Ranniger. They farmed for 40 years on land originally purchased by Harry's grandfather Henry Kuhl in 1891. Harry and Irene retired and moved to Manning in 1991. Harry died November 13, 1998. Five children were raised on the farm, attended country school, and graduated from Manning High School. Dr. Dale Jansen lives in Des Moines. Randall and his wife Gretta live in Denver, Colorado. Randall has two sons, Scott and Matt. Curt lives in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has one son Seth also of Fort Collins. Marilyn has one daughter, Lily and they live in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Mark Jansen and his wife Stephanie have two children, Lucas and Christina. They live in Raton, New Mexico.
