I'm so glad I live in the community where my Pioneer ancestors settled, along with the thousands of other Pioneer ancestors of Manning families who gave us such a blessed lifestyle and place to live - based on the Pioneer Spirit and not the modern dogma that exists now and is destroying our country.
I just hope we can keep those outside destructive forces away from our community that so many of the huge cities deal with where needles/syringes are strewn all over the sidewalks, where people walk into a business and defecate/urinate on the floor, where criminals can smash and grab to their heart's content, where what appears to be a large percentage of the population (especially the young generations) that won't work, don't have any responsibilities, no respect for others, but have all kinds of time to protest and riot, attack their fellow citizens, rob, murder, stabbings, pushing people in front of trains, and destroy things.
This is beyond my comprehension how any community would put up with this for one day, let alone for decades/generations but as seen in recent elections, they keep voting in the same type politicians with the same destructive policies.
Even more astounding is they blame EVERYONE else for their problems - they take NO responsibility for anything failing in their community.

I'm always amazed and so very proud of what the volunteers of the Manning community continue to do and that they follow in the Pioneer Spirit...Especially those traditions we older folks grew up with that were treasured by our parents/grandparents - on back.
Linked on the left is one of those Pioneer traditions we still celebrate proudly and unabashedly.
