Rozora was a good friend of my mother and also a classmate.
I believe Rozora was the last living classmate.
For years mom and I were looking for her classmate, Robert Rostermundt, and if he was still alive...I believe I found him now - he passed away in 2018 and hopefully we can find his obituary, which I'll post if/when I get it.

So as best I can tell, all members of the class of 1941 are gone - if anyone knows of someone still living - PLEASE let me know!

I need help with some country school IDs.
Also I hope more Veterans will see this feature and then come forward with what they have so I can scan it.
I've heard a lot and read about the scrap drives during WWII, but Rozora is the only person, so far, who had some pictures showing that drive which was part of her country school project...hopefully anyone who has country school pictures, information, and by chance any of those directors' books will contact me so I can get them scanned and preserved.
Rozora also wrote a poem about farming when she was in 5th grade.
I know most people won't bother to go through most of these tributes and/or feature stories if they don't recognize the name or knew them, but most people will never realize that in these stories, I have lots of names and pictures of people who might be their relatives.
