Again is this community reminded that "In the midst of life we are in death. " It is with great sorrow that relatives, friends and neighbors were called together to sympathize with this young father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Williamson, and to pay the last tribute to their darling little boy, Warren Chester, who was the sunshine of their home.
Warren Chester Williamson was born near Manning, September 15, 1911, and March 8, 1913, God transplanted the little flower into his garden above, where all is peace, joy and happiness. The little son being taken so suddenly makes it doubly hard to bear. Little Warren was apparently well Saturday morning, at noon he didn't act like himself, and by two there was no change, so the doctor was called. All was done that medical skill could do, but he rapidly grew worse and at a little after 6 o'clock God called him Home where there is no more suffering. To say this beautiful little boy will be greatly missed by his loving parents and darling sister, Margrete, is too true, but they need not mourn as those that have no hope, for Warren is not dead, but living forever.
He is survived by his deeply bereaved parents, sister, grandfather and other relatives.
The funeral was held Tuesday at the home, Rev. Scoggan of Manning preaching the sermon and comforting the grief-stricken parents. Afterwards the remains were taken to Cameron Center to rest until the Day of Judgment.
