Funeral services will be held at the Ohde Funeral Home here Monday, November 24, 1952, at 2 p.m.
Mr. Mohr was born in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, May 11, 1874. At the age of seven, he came to America with his parents, Hans Henry and Sophia Mohr. For many years he lived on a farm near Manning, moving to town in February 1920.
On January 24, 1900, he was married to Elizabeth Kuhl who preceded him in death, March 23, 1920.
Mr. Mohr is survived by two children, Alfred and Edna (Mrs. Roy Hiatt), both of whom live in Manning; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. For the past year he has made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Hiatt.
Besides his wife, Mr. Mohr was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers: Gustave, Manning; Herman, Worthington, Minnesota; John, Danbury; and Henry who died in infancy.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Harlan Kruse of Manning Presbyterian Church. Ray Pratt will sing "Abide With Me" and The Lord's Prayer." Bonita (Mrs. Henry W.) Hagedorn, accompanying.
