Victor Herman, son of Herman and Nancy (Ketelsen) Ullerich, was born December 18, 1907, in Lincoln Township, Audubon County, Iowa. He attended the schools near his home and also the parochial school at Trinity Lutheran Church, where he was baptized and confirmed.

He was united in marriage with Edna Schultz on March 2, 1935, at Trinity Lutheran Church and he lived on the farm of his birth until his death.

Victor was active in farming until failing health forced him to curtail his activities about one and a half years ago. He entered Clarkson hospital in Omaha on Monday afternoon where he passed away shortly thereafter. He lived to the age of 62 years, 7 months and 30 days.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Edna, by three children, Ronald Ullerich, Modale, Iowa; Marilyn, Mrs. Charles Eddy, Audubon; and Nancy, Mrs. Larry Miller, Lytton, Iowa; by four grandchildren; by the following brothers and sisters: Walter and Herbert Ullerich of Manning; Lynn Ullerich of rural Audubon; Rose, Mrs. Frank Kauth, Birmingham, Michigan; and Hugo Ullerich, Paducah, Kentucky; as well as many other relatives and friends.
