Services were held last Saturday in Audubon for Mrs. Sena A. Signall, 80, of Audubon, area resident who died March 10th, 1983, in a Des Moines hospital.
Officiating at the McFadden Funeral Home was the Rev. Andrew J. Hofer; burial was in the Scranton Cemetery, in Scranton, Iowa. Pall bearers were Dick Lebeck, Don Lebeck, Ron Lebeck, Ken Lebeck, Gary Mulford, and Larry Mulford.
Mrs. Signall was born August 31, 1902, in Douglas Township Audubon County, the daughter of Jens Edward and Anna Marie (Jensen) Lebeck. She was baptized in the Bethany Lutheran Church near Kimballton and attended Audubon County schools.
Her marriage to Francis Signall took place at Estherville. He worked for the North Western Railway and the couple lived in Gray, Glidden and Ralston before moving to Scranton where he died in 1967. She moved last year to Friendship Village in Audubon.
Surviving is a daughter, Bette Miller of Long Beach, California; a sister, Rose Mulford of Audubon; two brothers; Lorens Lebeck of Matheson, Colorado, and Edward Lebeck of Audubon; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren, and two sons-in-law; F.R. Miller of Long Beach, California, and Arlen Charter of Torrance, California.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter (Delores), her parents, a sister, a brother and four half-sisters.
