Longtime resident of Manning and Vail, Rose Marie Sevey, passed away Monday June 27, 2017, in Woodland Park, Colorado, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Clem and Mary (Franzen) Empen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard; son, William Guy; her parents and a brother Paul.

She is survived by two sons, Ronald and his wife Pamela of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Anthony and his wife Stephanie of Woodland Park, Colorado, and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. No public services are being planned.
