Following the committal services all friends and relatives are invited for lunch and fellowship to the VFW hall.
Funeral services for Raymond G. Mohr, 71, will be held Thursday, April 15, at 2 p.m. at the Ohde Funeral Home here. Rev. Joel Wright of the Manning Presbyterian Church will officiate, with burial to be in the Manning Cemetery with nephews as pallbearers.
Mr. Mohr died early Tuesday morning at Manning General Hospital, where he had been hospitalized about a month. He had been in ill health five years.
Mr. Mohr, son of John & Ida Lage Mohr, was born May 8, 1905, in Hayes Township, Crawford County. He attended rural school near his home and worked on various farms in that community. He married Dorothy Grimm January 29, 1930. They lived on farms in the Manning vicinity, including 12 years on the Charles Kuhl farm.
In 1950 they moved to Manning, where Mr. Mohr worked for the Dultmeier Manufacturing Co. and Priebe and Son. For 11 years he worked for the town of Manning, retiring in 1970.
Surviving with his wife are a son, Don of Manning; two grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Lena Engleman of Jefferson. Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother, Fred.

Thanks to the Doctors Nichols and Myer and the entire
nursing staff for the wonderful care given Ray while in the hospital. All
expressions of sympathy shown us through words and deeds, floral arrangements,
cards, food and memorials are deeply appreciated.
