Mrs. Wycoff, 87, died Thursday, March 13, 1997, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines.
The Rev. Marshall Brown and the Rev. Joel Wright, officiated the service.
Casket bearers were Michael Hale, Gary Reischl, Art Kuhn, Dan Hale, David Souter, and Clifford Tank.
Burial was in Manning Cemetery.
Ohde Funeral Home of Manning was in charge of arrangements.
Born September 14, 1909, at Manning, she was a daughter of Gus and Bertha Johanna (Claussen) Holmberg.
She attended school in Manning and graduated from Manning High School in 1926. She then attended Nebraska Wesleyan College to study music.
Mrs. Wycoff returned to Manning and worked with her parents at the Mayflower Restaurant.
She and Raymond C. Wycoff were married June 2, 1932, at the Presbyterian Church in Manning.
The Wycoffs farmed for a short time and returned to Manning to operate the Mayflower Restaurant.
In 1936, the Wycoffs returned to the family farm. Mr. Wycoff died in 1974.
Mrs. Wycoff was organist for over 30 years at the Presbyterian Church.
She was a member of the Eastern Star, PEO, the Iowa Music Teachers Association, and a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include three children: Robert Wycoff and his wife, Connie, of Urbandale; Rae Lynne Hale and her husband, Jim, of Lincoln, Nebraska; and Gene Wycoff and his wife, Nancy, of Evergreen, Colorado; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; her parents; and a granddaughter, Theresa Hale.
