Naomi V. Spitler, 79, of East Moline, Illinois, died March 26, 2005, at Illini Hospital, Silvis.

Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Estates, Moline. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. today at Sullivan-Phillips Mortuary East Moline. Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline.

Naomi was born June 11, 1925, the daughter of Bill and Dorothy (Kroger) Joens. She married Harold A. Spitler March 30, 1996, in East Moline.
She was a homemaker and a member of Christ United Methodist Church, as well as a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. She loved country music and spending time with her family.

Survivors (and spouses) include her husband, Harold; sons, Jack Spitler, Plant City, FL, David (Joyce) Spitler, Joplin, MO; granddaughter, Michelle (John) Combs; sister; Vi (Barney) Stangl, Knoxville, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Elnora, Donna and Inez.
