Mrs. Peter Wacker died at her home in this city, on last Tuesday evening, at half-past seven. The death was totally unexpected, and the family had hardly time to realize that she was in a serious condition, before she died. The funeral was held at the Catholic Church, on Wednesday afternoon; Rev. Wrenn, of Manilla conducting the services. The remains were taken to Boone for interment, and were accompanied by a number of sorrowing friends. Mrs. Wacker leaves two small children.
