She was born on August 17, 1921, in Carroll, Iowa, the daughter of Herbert and Elizabeth (Schumann) Snyder.
She married Richard Stahl on March 29, 1939, in Westside, Iowa; he died in 1950.
She worked at Interstate Power Company in Clinton for over 33 years in Customer Service. Millicent was very witty and had a great sense of humor. She never met a person whom she didn't consider them as a friend. She was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and loved the Mississippi River.
Millicent is survived by her five children; 19
grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Richard, her son, Tommy, her
grandson, Brock, a brother, Darrel, and a sister, Val. Burial at Oakland Cemetery, Clinton, Iowa.
