NANCY ULLERICH MILLER
Nancy, daughter of Victor and Edna Schultz Ullerich, was born December 21, 1943 in Lincoln Township, Audubon County, Iowa. She was baptized and confirmed at the Trinity Lutheran Church, also in Lincoln Township. Nancy attended rural schools and graduated from Audubon High School in 1962. After graduation she worked in the pharmacy in Audubon. On September 27, 1964 Nancy was united in marriage with Larry Miller at Trinity Lutheran Church. To this union four children were born, Vickie, Lonnie, Suzette, and Mary. They lived in Rockford, Lytton, and Persia before moving to Manning. Nancy enjoyed being a homemaker, however she did work at the pharmacy in Sac City, at the Dime Store in Manning, and at the Manning Plaza and Hospital. She also sold Stanley products. Her four children were the biggest joy in her life. In addition to that, Nancy enjoyed baking and making crafts. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Nancy had been hospitalized since May of 1990 with cancer of the bone marrow and renal failure. She was in both Mercy Hospital in Des Moines and: the Manning General Hospital where she died on Tuesday, October 16, 1990 at the age of 46 years, 9 months, and 25 days.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Nancy is survived by her four children: Vickie Miller, Lonnie Miller, Suzette Miller, and Mary Miller, all of Manning; by a grandson, Shane Alexander Miller; by a brother, Ron Ullerich, of Las Vegas, Nevada; by a sister, Marilyn and her husband, Charles Eddy, of Audubon; and by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friend
