Mass of the resurrection for Michael John Mohr, 19, of Manning, will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church here by the Rev. Norbert Weber, M.S.C.

The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday by the Altar and Rosary Society, followed by a Bible service at 8:15 at the Ohde Funeral Home, Manning, where visitation started at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

The Manning youth died in an auto accident east of Cherokee Sunday night, October 13, 1974. He was born at Osceola August 25, 1955, a son of Donald F. and Olivia (Ittu) Mohr, and moved to Manning as a child. He attended schools here, graduating from Manning High School in 1973. He was a student at Des Moines Area Community College, Ankeny, for one year and this year was a sophomore at Buena Vista College, Storm Lake.

Surviving with his parents are two sisters, Mrs. Danny (Michele) Andersen of Manning and Denise, at home; a brother, Patrick, at home; and grandparents, Mrs. Regina Mohr of Manning and John Ittu.
