Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday with the Rev. Harlan Kruse, Presbyterian pastor, officiating. Grandsons will be pallbearers. Burial is to be in the Manning Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Fred (Florence) Jensen, Manning, and Mrs. Ted (Laura) Groteluschen, Audubon; five sisters, Mrs. George (Lillian) Barr, Black Duck, Minnesota; Mrs. Claude (Florence) Farrant; and Carrie Stang, Kansas City, Missouri; Mrs. Emil (Margaret) Kuhn, Manning; Mrs. Lydia Homey, Exeter, California; a brother William, Humboldt; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Marvin, and two brothers, Charles and Arthur.
Mrs. Sander was born April 12, 1880, on a farm near Halbur. She was Mary Stang, daughter of Adam C. and Augusta (Nieland) Stang. After her marriage, she lived on a farm near Halbur until 1914 when she moved to Manning.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
