Born in Germany, she had been a Shelby resident for the past 26 years.

Services will be at 2 p.m. at Shelby Lutheran Church Wednesday. The Rev. Stanley Carlsen will officiate. Burial will be in Shelby Cemetery.

Born in 1884, she was the daughter of Fred and Pauline (Tessman) Kuhn.

Survivors include: six sons, Ernest of New Market, Virginia, and Walter, Harry, Simon, Albert, and Jesse, all of Shelby; one daughter, Mrs. Marlin Jensen of Neola; four grandchildren; four sisters, Clara (Mrs. Claude) Hall of Stanton, Mrs. Emma Wycoff of Manning, Elsie (Mrs. Art) Koehrsen of Walnut and Miss Minnie Kuhn of Manning; and four brothers, Fred Kuhn of Omaha, Frank Kuhn of Gowrie, Iowa, and Emil and Ernest Kuhn of Manning.
