Honored Citizen and Loving Mother Is Laid to Rest

Ripe in years, the angel of death called and took hence the soul of Mrs. Henry Sievers. More than 85 years were granted this good old mother, and while she has been failing in health the last few months, she was spared the suffering of a long siege of illness. She was a good mother; a true helpmate to her husband, a kind and helpful friend and neighbor, and consequently was she loved and respected by all the people of this community. May God grant her sweet rest in the life beyond this, and may He lessen the burden of sorrow for those who truly mourn the loss of this good mother.
