Magnus Cyril Ostebee, 49, of Gray died Tuesday morning, February 15, 1966, at the Audubon Hospital. He had been for seven months and entered the hospital Monday evening.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lincoln Township. The Rev. G.C. Hattendorf will officiate and burial will be in the Manning Cemetery.

Mr. Ostebee was born September 20, 1916, near Irwin and attended the Danway School. On August 20, 1944, he married Viola Asmus and they farmed since then four miles south of Gray.

He is survived by his wife; two children, Merlene and Eileen; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lars and Charlotte (Nelson) Ostebee, Irwin; a brother, Loren of Irwin; and three sisters, Mrs. Chris (Inez) Sorensen, Botna; Mrs. Kenard (Judith) Christensen, Harlan; and Ivan (Margaret) Cook, Audubon.
