MRS. D.A. TISDALE Manning friends have received word of the death of Mrs. Denison Asa (Louise) Tisdale, 97, of Washington, D.C., on March 12, 1969.

Mrs. Louise Helene Tisdale, who lived in Manning for 40 years before moving to Washington to live with her daughter, Rose Tisdale in 1965, had suffered a stroke January 4. She had been confined to a nursing home, where she died.

Mrs. Tisdale was buried in graveside rites in the family plot at Zearing, Iowa, at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 15.

She is survived by her husband and four children: Mrs. Helen Paige, Athens, Ohio; Rose, Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Alex Henriksen, who lives in Oregon; and Fred Tisdale, Tujunga, California; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Fred Tisdale graduated from Manning High School in 1927, and another sister, Minna Tisdale, graduated at Manning High School in 1929.
