Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Ann Welsh, 77, former Manning resident who died early Thursday, July 6, 1961, in an Omaha hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 8, at the Ohde Funeral Home here.

The Rev. Carl Sinning, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, will officiate, and nephews of Mrs. Welsh will be pallbearers. Friends may call at the Funeral Home after 5 p.m. Friday.

Mrs. Welsh was born at Manning, February 27, 1884, a daughter of Henry and Caroline (Sperling) Vinke.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. DeEtta Brown, Tipton, Iowa; Mrs. Leora Tansore, Chicago, Illinois; and Mrs. Helen Scholles, San Francisco, California; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Julia Thiedeman; and one brother, Dethlef Vinke, both of Manning.
