KRISTIN K. McCONNELL Funeral rites for Kristin Kay McConnell, infant daughter of Edwin Dick and Janice (Petersen) McConnell, Manning, were held February 5 at 2 p.m. at the Ohde Funeral Home. The Rev. Lester Moore, pastor of the Manning Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in the Manning Cemetery.

The baby was born January 31, 1963, at St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll and died February 4, 1963, of a heart condition.

Besides her parents, she is survived by a brother Rodney and a sister, Julie; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Petersen, Manning; Mr. and Mrs. Milford McConnell, Botna; two great-grandmothers, Mrs. Viola McConnell and Mrs. Bess Wycoff, Manning; an aunt, Dorothy (Mrs. Glenn) Rowedder, Manilla; and three uncles, Harold Petersen, Cedar Rapids; Ralph Petersen, Des Moines; Ronald McConnell, Botna, and several cousins.
