Mrs. Paesler's death was caused by internal hemorrhages. She had suffered with asthma and throat and lung trouble for many years. In 1911, she was married to Henry Jahn of Manilla. To them were born two children, John and Helen. In 1915, Mr. Jahn passed away, and after his death she made her home with her parents, until June 1924, when she married Edward John Paesler, son of Mrs. Margaret Paesler.

Surviving Mrs. Paesler are her husband, E.J. Paesler, her mother, Mrs. John Wunder of Manning, a son, John Jahn of Des Moines, a daughter, Helen Jahn of Denver, Colorado, and a brother, Harry Wunder of Manning.

For many years, Mrs. Paesler was an officer of the Manning unit of the American Legion Auxiliary. The organization will attend the funeral in a body.
