JOHN H. RUDNICK
John Henry Rudnick, 72, of Manning died early Monday, October 6, 1975, at Manning General Hospital. He had been hospitalized for a week following a stroke.

Rites will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning.

The Rev. Werner F. Wetzstein, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lincoln Township, will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Township Cemetery. Friends may call at Ohde's after 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Mr. Rudnick was born January 31, 1903, in Lincoln Township, Audubon County, a son of Otto and Marie (Rieckmann) Rudnick. He attended rural school and Trinity Lutheran Parochial School.

His marriage to Katherine Kraus took place May 9, 1929, and they farmed for a year in Douglas Township, Audubon County, and then south of Manning in Lincoln Township.

Surviving besides his wife are a daughter, LaVonne, at home; three brothers, Gus Rudnick of Manning, Oscar Rudnick of Milford, and August Rudnick of Lake View; and four sisters, Mrs. Elisa Rutz of Tomah, Wisconsin; Mrs. Lloyd (Minnie) Boers of Carroll; Mrs. Bertha French of Spencer; and Dorothy Rudnick of Milford.

Four brothers preceded Mr. Rudnick in death.
