JOHN G. MERGELE Funeral services for John George Mergele, 70, who died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Hugo Grundmeier, Wednesday April 18, 1956, will be at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. L.S. Winter of Auburn will officiate and burial will be in Manning.

He was the son of John George and Dorothea (Heesch) Mergele, Sr., born November 30, 1885.

Mr. Mergele, who had lived in Minnesota for about 50 years, had been staying with his sister for several weeks. He lived in Manning before moving to Minnesota.

Survivors, in addition to Mrs. Grundmeier, are two brothers: August Mergele of Taconite, Minnesota, and Anton Mergele, Manning.
