Jochim Wiese died on Monday morning at the home of his son, Jochim Wiese, Jr., who resides about five miles north of the city. Cholera morbus was the cause of his death. The funeral was held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., and the remains were interred in the Manning Cemetery.
