REQUEIM HIGH MASS SUNG FOR LOCAL MAN
Requiem high mass for James Arthur Shea, 63, who died
of a cerebral hemorrhage Monday night at his home at 23 Yellowstone Avenue, was
sung Thursday morning at St. Patrick's Catholic Church by the Rev. John P.
Maher. Pallbearers were John Setera, James Stone, Casper Karls, Walter Kelsch,
Merle Price, and Gerald Fisher. Mr. Shea is survived
by his wife, a daughter Evelyn, two sons James Arthur and Jerrold Joseph, five
sisters and five grandchildren. The Rev. Charles Mears was in charge of committal
services at Mountview Cemetery.
Notes: James Arthur "Art" Shea, born March 28, 1888, in Manning and died July 26, 1951, in Billings, Montana. He had a twin sister. He married Delphina Mae McGillivary in 1912 in Bismarck, North Dakota.
