Mr. Signall died January 3, 1970, at Anaheim following a long illness.
Friends may call at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll after 1 p.m. Wednesday. The rosary will be recited there at 3, 8, and 8:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Mr. Signall, whose parents were Phillip and Katherine (Muxen) Signall, was born January 10, 1910, at Manning, where he spent his young manhood. Following his graduation from Manning High School in 1928, he joined the Beacon Van Lines and was a field supervisor for the firm for 25 years, retiring in 1968 in Chicago due to ill health. He then moved to Carroll and lived here until moving to Anaheim two months ago.
Surviving is his wife, the former Ruth Nelson; a daughter, Mrs. Bob (Janice) Lavin, Lakewood, California; a grandson, Brent; and three sisters, Mrs. Reuben (Eileen) Stone, Carroll: Mrs. Harold (Phyllis) Shanahan, Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Mrs. Wilmer (Meta) Schelle, Breda.
Another sister, Mrs. Joe (Florence) Scharfenkamp, preceded him in death.
