Funeral services for Herman George Thomsen, 75, of Glidden, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden with Rev. Tom Parrott officiating.

The hymn "How Great Thou Art" was sung by Mrs. Carolyn Conner with Mrs. Loretta Hansen, organist.

Pallbearers were Helmer Johnson, Arnold Hofstad, Robert Van Horn, Walter Thede, Howard Copp, and Don Haggard. Burial was in the Manning Cemetery at Manning, under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home, Glidden.

Mr. Thomsen died at St. Anthony Regional Hospital Thursday December 1, 1977, following a brief illness.
