Funeral services for Herman Mundt, 81, born April 2, 1878, former resident of this area, were held Monday, January 12, 1959, at Lexington, Nebraska. Mr. Mundt lived in the Arcadia vicinity for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Pearl (Beenblossom) Mundt, 6 step-children; a brother, John Mundt, and a sister, Mrs. Albert (Amanda) Puck of Manning.
His first wife was Agnes (Frank) Mundt born May 17, 1884 and died December 1, 1905, the daughter of Jochim and Julia (Anderson) Frank.
Herman was the son of Henry and Christine (Hass) Mundt.
Survivors include his wife, six step-children, a brother, John Mundt, and a sister, Mrs. Albert (Amanda) Puck of Manning.

Herman married Agnes Frank on February 15, 1905, who later died on December 1, 1905 (she was born May 17, 1884). Agnes was the daughter of Jochim and Julia (Anderson) Frank, and all three are buried in the Arcadia Cemetery, Arcadia Township, Iowa.
Herman then married Nora Pearl "Nellie" (Beanblossom) Henninger. Her husband, David Henninger, died in 1917 by suicide.
Herman is buried with Nora in the Greenwood Cemetery, Lexington, Nebraska.
