HENRY ZURN Henry Zurn, 77, formerly of Carroll, died early morning, January 19, 1959, at his home in Manning. He had been in ill health one and one-half years.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church in Manning. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

The body may be viewed after Tuesday noon at the Ohde Funeral Home here, where the rosary will be led by the Rev. Leo Harpenau of Templeton at 8 p.m. Tuesday and will be recited by the Holy Name Society of the Manning Sacred Heart parish at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Mr. Zurn, a carpenter by trade, had lived in Carroll until he moved to Manning four years ago.

A son of John and Catherine (Schmitt) Zurn, he was born August 3, 1881, near Carroll. He was married to Anna Olbertz November 14, 1917.

Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Anthony (Dorothy) Venner, Manning; three grandchildren, Eugene, Janet and Ronald Venner, and one brother, William Zurn, Carroll.

His parents and one brother, John, preceded him in death.
