Henry Vinke Dead
With a heavy heart we would drop a tear to the memory of Henry Vinke.

His death has brought the bitter cup of sorrow to the lips of friends and relatives. His was a heart of gold. He was one of nature's noblemen in its truest sense - brave, generous, manly.

Henry was born in this vicinity, and at the time of his death was 29 years, 6 months and 8 days old.

Typhoid fever was the cause of death. To the broken-hearted father and mother, brothers and sisters who sit in sorrow where his footsteps shall never again make echo we extend the sympathy of a score of friends. His funeral was held at the home conducted by Rev. Braun, of Atlantic, and his remains were laid to rest in the Manning Cemetery, followed by a long procession of sorrowing friends.
