Henry Rosterman Rites Tomorrow
Henry Rosterman, 70, passed away at the Blair Hospital Tuesday morning, May 10, 1955, following an illness of four months.

Mr. Rosterman was born October 3, 1884, in Rathusan, Schleswig Holstein, Germany. He left Germany at the age of eight and lived at Manning, Iowa, for a number of years. He also farmed near Decatur, Nebraska, before moving to Washington County in 1927. In 1953, he retired and moved to Blair, Nebraska.

He was united in marriage in 1916 to Christina Mae Hansen of Stevens, Denmark. Ten children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Rosterman.

Survivors are his wife Christina, four sons: Harry, Arnold, and Donald of Blair and Robert of Chicago, Illinois; daughters: Helen Brown of Blair, Mrs. Delbert Halstead (Rose) of Oakland, California; Mrs. Clyde Fleury (Goldie) of Lake Charles, Louisiana; Mrs. Melvin Kephart (Carrie) of Ft. Calhoun, Nebraska; Mrs. Emil Schoeman (Ruth) of Skokie, Illinois; and 18 grandchildren. One grandson, Jerry McCoy has made his home with his grandparents for the past several years.

One daughter preceded him in death.

Rev. J.D. Johnson will officiate at the funeral services at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Campbell Mortuary with burial in the Blair Cemetery, Blair, Nebraska.

Pallbearers will be Arthur Simpson, Osbert Ward, Cy Anderson, Mike Rodel, Ike Dennis, and Jack Stricklett.
