Graveside services for Henry Hans Mundt were held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday morning, July 28, 1988, at the Manning City Cemetery with Reverend Randy Ross of the First Presbyterian Church in Manning officiating.

Henry Hans, son of John and Pauline (Lage) Mundt, was born March 4, 1913, at Manning, Iowa. He spent his life in the Manning community working at various jobs. For many years he was employed by McMahon Feed and Seed. He had been a resident of the Terrace Apartments since 1978. Henry had been in failing health this summer and entered the Manning General Hospital. He died there on Tuesday, July 26, 1988, at the age of 75 years, 4 months, and 22 days. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. He is survived by a sister, by step-brothers and sisters, and by other relatives and friends.
