Funeral services for Mrs. Edgar John (Helen) Ochsner, 66, of Manning, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Ohde Funeral Home, Manning, with Rev. Donald Jones, pastor of the United Methodist Church, Manning, officiating.

Organist was Carl Sinning. Burial was in the Manning Cemetery under the direction of the Ohde Funeral Home, Manning.

Mrs. Ochsner was born in Brooklyn, New York, on September 29, 1911. Her marriage to Edgar John Ochsner took place on October 1, 1940. They made their home in Manning where her husband died on December 27, 1973. She had been a resident at the Manning Plaza for the past several years.

Surviving are two step-daughters, Mrs. Walter (Beverly) Bopp of Lincoln, Nebraska; and Mrs. Carl (Sharon) Hoepner of California.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Ochsner died at the Manning General Hospital Wednesday, October 26, 1977.
