HARRY J.D. NULLE

Funeral services for Harry J.D. Nulle, 71, of Manning were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Zion Lutheran Church to Manning with Pastor Edward Heinicke officiating. Mr. Nulle died Friday, September 10, 1976, at the Manning General Hospital.

Pallbearers were George, Leroy, and John Musfeldt, Vertis Brus, Dale Jons, and Claus Nielsen. Burial was in the Manning Cemetery under the direction of the Ohde Funeral Home of Manning.

Mr. Nulle was born on April 30, 1905, in Lincoln Township. Audubon County, Iowa. He attended country school there.

He was united in marriage to Leona Struve on August 20, 1930. He was a lifelong farmer in the Gray, Westside, and Manning area and retired to Manning in 1970.

Surviving are his wife, Leona; two sons, Merlin of Westside, and William of Marion; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Marlene) Joens of Montrose, Colorado; Mrs. Terry Wendelboe of Spirit Lake; nine grandchildren; and one brother, Fred of Manning; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
