D. HARLOW ROUSH FUNERAL TODAY AT 2 P.M. ARCADIA, March 20
Funeral services for D. Harlow Roush, 68, of 532 North First Avenue, photographer and former newspaper publisher, who died yesterday, March 19, 1940, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Glassern and Johns Chapel.

Rev. N. Milo Fiske, pastor of the Arcadia Community Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Live Oak Cemetery, Monrovia.

Son of Valentine and Sarah (Heathman) Roush, he was born in 1874, a native of Lewis, Iowa. Between 1880 through 1888, he lived in Manning, Iowa, with his parents, where he attended school with his brother, Jarius.

He was a graduate of the University of Iowa and had lived in Arcadia, California, 17 years.

He founded the Arcadia News with his son, Frank G. Roush, in 1925, and later the Arcadia Tribune in 1930. During the past eight years, he had operated a photographic studio at his home.

Mr. Roush was a member of Arcadia Lodge A.F. & A.M. and Monrovia Commandery, Knights Templar.

He leaves his widow, Mrs. Anna Mae Roush; son, Frank; and two grandchildren, all of Arcadia.
