Funeral services for Hannes Wunder, 84, will be held Friday afternoon at the Ohde Funeral home. Burial will be in Willow Township Cemetery east of Coon Rapids.

Mr. Wunder died at his home Monday afternoon, September 9, 1946, following a long illness.

He was born June 20, 1862, at Friedrichskoog, Schleswig Holstein, Germany. For 72 years he has lived in the US most of the time in the Manning vicinity.

He is survived by his wife, the former Louise Reichart of Manning; two step-sons, Henry; and two grandsons, James Albert of Manning and Keith Wunder of California.

His son, Herman died about a year ago. Two step-sons George and Emil Albert and his first wife preceded him in death.
