Gregory A. Middleton, 57, Silvis, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at his home. A Celebration and time to share will be on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 10 AM until 12 Noon at Christ United Methodist Church, Silvis Campus, Silvis. Memorials may be made to the family.

Greg was born on October 26, 1959, in Manning, Iowa, the son of Roy and Jane (Richards) Middleton. He married Linda Kelley on September 30, 1995. Greg had worked at several area dealerships until a motorcycle accident in 2004. He was a great husband, step-father, grandpa, brother, friend, and always put others needs before his own. Greg always had a smile on his face and had an amazing sense of humor and always had a one-liner to fit the situation. He loved camping, fishing, riding his four-wheeler at his parents' home, and time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Linda, step-sons, Ryan Kelley (Shelly Christensen), Silvis, Nathan (Christine) Kelley, Rock Island, Adam (Erin) Kelley, Davenport, and Craig Kelley, Silvis, daughters, Becky Phillips and Mallory Harvey, sixteen grandchildren, his father Roy, Guthrie Center, Iowa, sister, Deanna (Rick) Fidler, Waukee, Iowa, brothers, Mike (Sabrina) Middleton, Grapevine, Texas, and Terry Middleton, Davenport, sisters-in-law, Carolyn Markin, Patti Rea, and Connie Rea, brother-in-law, Steven Rea, best friends, Dan (Tara) Hoyt, Barstow, Dale (Vickie) Carlson, Moline, several nieces and nephews, his mother-in-law, Wilma Rea and his two dogs, Bella and Molly.

He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.
